Who should register for the FSSAI Food License in India?

Different types of FSSAI License

· FSSAI State Trading License:
It's turnover limit is same that of the state manufacturing license, i.e. between 12 lakhs to 20 crores annually.
· FSSAI Central License:
An FSSAI central license is mandatory for the business whose annual turnover is above 20 crores. It is also mandatory for importers or exporters.
FSSAI License Fee
There are two types of fees included getting the FSSAI license. One is the government fees and the other one is the professional fee charged by our CA or lawyers.
Government fees for FSSAI License and Registration:
- FSSAI state license: RS. 2000 – 5000 P.A
- FSSAI central license: RS. 7500 P.A
- FSSAI Registration: RS. 100 P.A
